⚡ No-Bake Peanut Butter Energy Balls

INGREDIENTS

• 1 cup rolled oats


• ½ cup Zak’s Yard Peanut Butter


• 3 tbsp honey


• 3 tbsp dark chocolate chips (optional)


• 2 tbsp flaxseeds or chia seeds


• 1 tsp vanilla essence


• Pinch of salt

METHOD

1. Mix all ingredients in a large bowl until combined. If too dry, add 1 more tbsp peanut butter.

2. Refrigerate mixture for 20–30 minutes (makes rolling easier).

3. Scoop out tablespoon-sized portions and roll between palms into tight balls.

4. Place on a plate lined with baking paper.

5. Refrigerate another 30 minutes to firm up.

6. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 1 week.

Each ball has ~5g protein. Great for school tiffins and gym bags!
