INGREDIENTS• 1 ripe banana, mashed • ½ cup Zak’s Yard Natural Peanut Butter
• 1 cup rolled oats
• Optional add-ins: chocolate chips, raisins, cinnamon
| METHOD1. Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F). Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
2. Mash the banana in a bowl until smooth.
3. Add Zak’s Yard peanut butter and oats. Mix until a thick dough forms.
4. Add any optional add-ins and mix through.
5. Scoop tablespoon-sized portions onto the tray. Press each one flat with a fork.
6. Bake for 12–14 minutes until golden at the edges.
7. Cool for 5 minutes before eating — they firm up as they cool. |
